Accessory code 1274 Cylindrical pole 1274: Cylindrical pole for burial D 120 mm H 10000 Technical description: Pole made of 65 micron hot galvanised steel, in compliance with UNI EN 40, surface treated with textured powder paint. The standard painting cycle refers to the UNI EN ISO 12944 standard with durability class C4-H (suitable for industrial areas and coastal zones with moderate salinity. The UNI EN ISO 12944-1 standard specifies routine maintenance and 6-monthly checks to conserve the product intact. The galvanizing process includes stirring to prevent internal build up of zinc salts. The pole consists of a single welded tube that has been calendered. It is made of EN10025-S355JR (ex Fe510 UNI7070) steel, with diameter 121 mm, thickness 4 mm and length 10000 mm. The slot for the access cover measures 186x45 mm, is at a height of 1000 mm from the ground, and is suitable for fitting the terminal block with one fuse (code 1862) or two fuses (code 1865). The external access cover is made of UNI EN 1706AC-46100DF die-cast aluminium alloy, has a rounded shape and edges, is 2.5 mm thick and has been metal shot blasted. The fixing screws have button heads with a triangular recess and are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. It comes complete with the relative access cover key (code 0227). The fixing screw zone is fitted with bushings made of grey RAL 7035 thermoplastic material to protect against oxidation. A rubber gasket made of black non-ageing EDPM adapts to the uneven pole surface to ensure that it is sealed. The pole has three through holes 15 mm in diameter at heights of 7700 mm, 8300 mm and 8530 mm from the ground, suitable for securing the lamps. The maximum configuration of the pole (this is with 3x150 W Cestello units in the FrameWoody system, while it is with double 150 W floodlight in the MultiWoody system) is able to withstand the dynamic wind force when installed in Liguria, which is zone 7, with ground topology D and site category III, in accordance with the applicable regulations described in Italian Ministerial Decree 16/01/96. Installation: The pole is designed for burial, with the buried part measuring 1000 mm. In accordance with the UNI EN 40 standard, a corrosion-resistant protective sheath must be applied to the base to protect the pole. The sheath is not included with the pole accessories. Upon request, a grey pole base plate can be used (code 1841), consisting of two parts which can be joined together, made of die-cast aluminium, 420 mm in diameter and 122 mm high. The element can be customised with cast embossed text. Colour: Grey (15) Weight (Kg): 119.35 Wiring: When installing the MultiWoody system, a junction box must be used for the multiple cabling (code 1880) needed to power the individual floodlights secured to the pole. It is located 8960 mm from the ground and is secured by a metal support welded inside the pole. The electric power cable enters through the slot located 500 mm from the base of the metal cylinder, and measures 150x50 mm. The pole has a hole for the external earth cable insert. It is located 70 mm from the ground, is 11 mm in diameter, and is secured using M8x16 mm A2 stainless steel screws. Notes: Die-cast aluminium access cover, flush with the pole and located at a height of 1000 mm from the ground, on the side that is perpendicular to the roadside. It comes complete with an IP44 sealing gasket. It is closed with a large triangular key (9 mm key side). CE;DoP
