Accessory code 1283 Conical pole 1283: Tapered pole with base plate D 130-60mm H 7000mm Technical description: Tapered pole made of 70 micron hot galvanised steel, in compliance with UNI EN ISO 1461 (EN 40-5), subsequently surface treated with acrylic powder paint. The standard painting cycle refers to the UNI EN ISO 12944 standard with durability class C4-H (suitable for industrial areas and coastal zones with moderate salinity. The UNI EN ISO 12944-1 standard specifies routine maintenance and 6-monthly checks to conserve the product intact. The pole consists of a single welded tube made of EN 10025-S235JR (ex Fe 360 UNI 7070) steel, 106 mm in diameter at the base and 60 mm at the top. It is 3 mm thick and 7000 mm long. The slot for the access cover measures 186x45 mm, is at a height of 800 mm from the ground, and is suitable for fitting the terminal block with two fuses (code 1864). External access cover made of GDALSI 12 - EN 1706 AC - 46100 DF die-cast aluminium alloy, with rounded shape and edges; button head fixing screws with a triangular recess with half-rounded sides, made of AISI 304 stainless steel. It comes complete with the relative access cover key (code 0227). A flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) gasket adapts to the uneven pole surface to ensure that it is sealed. There is a metal hook for supporting the terminal block inside the pole. It consists of a metal rod, 4 mm in diameter, bent twice, measures 40x21 mm and is welded at a height of approximately 996 mm from the ground. The pole is suitable for withstanding the dynamic wind force, in accordance with the Italian Ministerial Decree of 16/01/96. Installation: To be secured to the floor with M18x500 mm anchors.
